In our modern-day lifestyle, we eat different foods of different countries. We are mostly cross-cultural when it comes to the choice of food we eat. Yes, it is.We can live a healthy life if we follow our great grandparent’s way of living. Don’t go for artificial food, always select natural food without chemicals. The key factors of our health are air, sunshine, water, diet, exercise and rest. The best thing to follow is to eat when you are hungry, Drink when you are thirsty and learn to take rest when you are tired.
